1. This promotion is only available once per customer to those who see the offer on the promotions page and receive marketing communication regarding it.
2. The promotion is valid until Thursday 14 December 23:59 and any qualifying bets need to be settled until that time.
3. Qualifying bets are sports bets on total odds of at least 2.00.
4. If you have encountered net losses from your qualifying bets, you will unlock a 100% Free Bet up to R1,000.
5. Net losses are calculated for settled bets only = total losses minus total winnings minus bonuses.
6. For example: R2,000 losses minus R1,200 winnings minus R100 bonuses = R700 net losses, so a R700 Free Bet will be issued (100% of your net losses).
7. Minimum net loss of R1 is needed to trigger the Free Bet.
8. Invalid or canceled bets, draw bets and cashed out bets do not count as qualifying bets. Only bets settled as Won or Lost are eligible.
9. Free Bet valid for 3 days after issued.
10. If you make a withdrawal request during the promotional period, the promotion will be cancelled.
11. This promotion cannot be combined with any other promotion. It cannot be used as a qualification requirement for other promotions.
