Terms and Conditions

1. The 10bet Welcome Package can only be claimed once by a player on their first deposit.
2. Players must make a minimum deposit of R50 into their betting account in order to be eligible to receive the Welcome Package.
3. Players who deposit funds using the 1ForYou Voucher method will not be eligible to receive the Welcome Package.
4. A player must pass FICA verification during the registration process before a player may deposit and bet on the 10bet website. Once a player has been verified, the player will be eligible to receive the three bonuses from the Welcome Package.
5. Players need to roll over their deposit amount 1 (one) time on games bets or settled sports bets on odds of at least 1.50 to unlock all three bonuses.
6. The games bonus is equal to 100% of your deposit amount.
7. The maximum games bonus amount that can be received by a player is R3,000.
8. Players need to roll over their Games Bonus amount 30 (thirty) times on Games and/or Live Games before a withdrawal may be made.
9. However, various types of games will contribute differently towards meeting the play-through requirement. In this vein, specific games contribution percentages are as follows:
• Sicbo - 50%
• Baccarat - 10%
• Craps - 10%
• Roulette - 2%
• Blackjack - 10%
• Poker - 50%
• Gameshows - 2%
• Slots - 100%
10. Games Bonus will expire within 15 (fifteen) days after being issued if the full rollover requirements have not been met .
11. The Sports Free Bet is equal to 50% of your deposit amount.
12. The maximum Sports Free Bet amount that can be received by a player is R500.
13. The Sports Free Bet will expire within 15 (fifteen) days after being issued, if unused.
14. Free Spins on the game “Tut's Twister” will expire within 15 (fifteen) days after being issued, if unused.
15. The total value of the 10 Free Spins on the game “Tut's Twister” is R10.
16. If, at the time of making a withdrawal request, one or more of the three bonuses from the Welcome Package are still active and the rollover requirements for them have not been met, a customer will forfeit the bonus together with any corresponding winnings. Any winnings received from bonuses that were already used at the time of the withdrawal request (which resulted in the funds from the bonus being transferred from the respective Games / Sports Bonus Account to the Main Cash Account) will remain unaffected.
17. The Welcome Package cannot be combined with any other promotion and cannot be used as a qualification requirement for other promotions.
18. 10bet reserves the right to suspend players from the promotion due to fraudulent activity.
19. Every player claiming the Welcome Package shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted these terms and conditions, the General 10bet Terms and Conditions, the 10bet Jackpot Terms and Conditions and the 10bet General Promotion Terms, by virtue of participation.
20. By claiming the Welcome Package, Players agree that 10bet may collect and process your personal information for the purpose of this promotion.
21. By claiming the Welcome Package, you hereby indemnify, release and hold 10bet, its Directors, employees, agents, suppliers and contractors harmless from and against any actions, claims and/or liability for injury, loss, damage, expense, claim and/or damages of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly from participating in the promotion.
22. 10bet reserves the right to change, vary, suspend or cancel the promotion at its own discretion for any reason whatsoever and without notice. In such event you hereby waive any rights or expectations which you may have against 10bet and acknowledge that you will not have any recourse or claim of any nature against 10bet.
